Delivery Information

The ordered goods (together with the issued invoice) are delivered by courier to the address you provided, via Omniva parcel terminals, or can be collected at the Jojimo Prekės store Pasažas in Vilnius, Kedrų g. 3.

If you choose to collect your order at the Jojimo Prekės store Pasažas, please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup.

Goods are delivered within 2–3 working days if they are in the seller’s warehouse and if the buyer does not specify another delivery date, which can be selected when placing the order. Goods are delivered within the specified time only after the seller has received payment for the goods, except in cases where the buyer pays upon collection.

If the ordered goods are not available in the seller’s warehouse but can be obtained, the seller will inform the buyer after receiving the order and specify the estimated delivery time.

If the goods are delivered by courier, the courier will contact the buyer using the contact details provided to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Promotions and prices in the online store may differ from those available in PASAŽAS physical stores.

Discounts do not apply to gift vouchers, and they are not included in exclusive offers.

Delivery fee by courier within Lithuania is €4.95 (for parcels weighing up to 10 kg). If the goods are delivered with a cash-on-delivery service, the total delivery cost is €4.95 + €1.70.

Delivery fee via Omniva parcel terminal is €3.95 (only for parcels up to 15 kg and/or not exceeding 39 x 38 x 64 cm). Payment by card at the Omniva terminal costs an additional €1.70.

In all other cases, the delivery cost is calculated individually and indicated in the order confirmation.

Within Lithuania, orders weighing up to 10 kg and totaling €150 or more are delivered free of charge!
